Externally hosted content in a splash page is not accessible to WiFi users.
If WiFi users are unable to access the content hosted on the Internet that you have linked in a splash page, the instructions below may help fix the problem.

Here are some troubleshooting tips that could help fix this problem.
Shortened URLs are not supported in a splash page. Please use the full URL to link externally hosted content.
- Please make sure the correct URL is being used and there are no errors.
- From a device that has Internet access, check if the URL and the content hosted on that website is still accessible.
- Please make sure that the content is not getting blocked by a content filter or a firewall on your network.
The Poll / Survey / Video needs to be made public to be available for WiFi users.

To allow WiFi users to download a Passbook pass, the button should be linked to a pkpass file.
